Summer 2026 Beginning Cooking Principles (In Person)

This course is in person and introduces the basic concepts of creating and maintaining a safe cooking space, safety rules, nutrition, and basic cooking principles. This course is appropriate for students age 6 and up. Students will be divided by age groups: 6-8, 9-12, 13-18.
